And if you go chasing rabbits

...and you know you are going to fall...tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar...

OK...so now I cannot sleep, even after completely exhausting myself hashing over the "circle."

I can't help it; I am just that way.

So here are my questions:
If your best friend, co-worker, kid or whatever, violates his/her probation, which he/she is on for sexually molesting or in some way harassing someone, do you invite them back into a situation where they have total control over the lives of the disenfranchised?

Is there really anything wrong with being investigated, if you have violated a major statute in your profession?

I have personal experience with this process...and while unpleasant, it is just a reality of working in our world. And fucking thank god! Someone's got to keep their head.

hey erin,
how is it going out your way?

Yes, cryptic is correct. we had a therapist at our clinic who was on probation for kissing a home bound client about a year ago, who then became involved with a patient in a very disgusting way...and now our ED wants to have this therapist come lead "mindfulness" groups at the clinic, in spite of the fact that she is under investigation by her state board. AND, I had to spend more than 3 hours on Sunday hashing this shit out with admin, HR, clinic manager and the perpetrator, mostly so this screwed up therapist will feel "OK". Obviously, I have pretty strong feelings about this whole scene.

not very cryptic anymore.

Things are good here. Different way of doing things, still good care. They're kind of inviting me to work there, but I don't know if I want that yet.

I'll expand when I'm not so sleepy.

Got to sew up froma c-section yesterday. Very cool because the doctors are kind. But I'm still no surgeon.
